Asus is preparing to launch its first flagship smartphone of this year in February, which is the Asus Zenfone 12 Ultra model. First of all, let’s talk about the design of Zenfone 12 Ultra, which looks like the ROG Phone 9 Pro model. But there are some changes in the camera model. There is a triple camera setup on the rear panel of the phone. Of which the main camera is inside the big circle. Apart from this, there are telephoto and ultrawide lenses inside the 2 small circles. There is a dual leather strip next to the camera.
The phone’s camera module is placed on a slightly elevated island with shiny projections on the sides. This is reminiscent of the Rog Phone 9 Pro model. The rear panel has Zenfone branding in the middle. The back panel comes with a curved design on the edges.
Talking about the front panel of Zenfone 12 Ultra has a high-resolution flat panel. The selfie camera is located inside the punch-hole cutout at the top of the display. The layer connecting the display and body of the phone looks very thin, which gives it a premium look. There is an in-display fingerprint sensor above the screen itself.
The sidebar of the phone has the power button and volume controller buttons. While there is nothing on the other side. It does not include any AirTriggers or gaming features. The back of the phone has USB connectivity, a speaker, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a microphone.

It has 8GB and 16GB LPDDR5x RAM and 512GB storage with UFS 4.0 technology. The phone runs Android 15 boot and also has the facility of new AI features enabled.
There is a 6.78 inch FHD+ AMOLED display on the front which supports 120Hz refresh rate to 144Hz refresh rate. But it provides a 144Hz refresh rate only during gaming. There is a fingerprint sensor above the display.
The Zenfone 12 Ultra has a 50MP (LYT-700) main camera with OIS, 13 MP ultrawide, and 32 MP 3x telephoto camera at the rear, while there is a 32 MP camera for selfies.
The phone packs a 5,500mAh battery and supports 65W wired charging. Apart from this, a 15W wireless charging facility is also included. The phone is protected with an IP68 rating to avoid dust and water.

Price and expected launch
Currently, there is no information about the price of the Zenfone 12 Ultra. According to previous reports, it is rumored that its price can be around Rs 99,000. It will have 16 GB RAM and 512 GB storage options.
